We had a delightful stay at Alpine Springs! The location was perfect for exploring and the private bungalow provided a peaceful retreat. The daily replenished basket of biscuits, milk, and juice was a lovely touch. The highlight was definitely the adorable dogs, Milly and Indi, who greeted us daily. The proprietors were exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever we needed information or assistance. The spa bath was spacious and the extra towels for the thermal pools were a bonus. a fantastic place to stay with great amenities.

The location it offers is stunning, so close to Hanmer Springs and eating places and delightful gardens and seating areas to enjoy the views. Also, I could reach Conical Hill Walkway, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

We got incredible value for our money at this motel. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and had a great view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The breakfast could use a little improvement.

I had such a pleasant stay at this place. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area by the golf course. The views of the beautiful mountains were simply breathtaking. The staff here really knows about hospitality, as they were so attentive and friendly. They made sure everything was taken care of, from the housekeeping to the laundry. I loved the cozy and comfortable room, equipped with everything I needed including a kitchen and dining area. The outdoor seating areas were a great place to relax and take in the lovely garden views. the service and amenities here were top-notch.

The common areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it suitable for senior people like myself. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness in considering the needs of older guests during my stay.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff when it came to arranging activities suitable for senior people. The children working there were pleasant, but I would have liked some additional recommendations or assistance in planning my time in Hanmer Springs.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They provided us with a map and gave good recommendations on where to go. The hotel was situated in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. It was also near the tourist spots and we were able to walk to them. We enjoyed the view from the hotel room, it was breathtaking.

The hotel was quite noisy. We could hear guests walking in the hallway and the walls seemed to be thin as we could also hear guests next to our room.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great view. We appreciated the welcome basket and the free use of towels for a local attraction. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The TV was outdated, and the WiFi was not free in the room, but it was available for a small fee. The bathroom had an awkward layout that made it difficult to use the toilet comfortably.

The friendly team at Hanmer Horse Trekking ensured that we had an unforgettable horseback riding experience, ticking it off our bucket list. Additionally, the motel's spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful garden setting provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. The proximity to the superb golf course was an added bonus, allowing us to enjoy a round of golf right next to the motel complex.

My children wanted more variety of children's activities available at the motel.
